Shipping policy

Free shipping worldwide

Every LullaGlow order ships free, wherever you are. There is no minimum order value.

 

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

 

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 5–11 business days after your order ships. During holidays and peak seasons, delivery can take a little longer.

 

Christmas delivery

To receive your order in time for Christmas, please order by 8 December.

 

Customs and import duties

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs office. These charges are not included in the order price.

 

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for a long time or your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time, contact us at llullaglow@gmail.com with your order number and we will help you.

 

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible – we can update the address only before your order has shipped.
